purchasing 20 light combat helicopters from Airbus, along with 100,000 night-vision devices from Hensoldt and Theon International. The move is part of Berlin’s broader effort to strengthen its defence capabilities amid growing geopolitical uncertainties. A parliamentary vote on the proposal is expected soon.
